How to Make It

Mix the flour and baking powder in a bowl.

In a separate bowl, mash the bananas with a fork, then pour in the eggs, milk and vanilla extract and mix.

Pour the dry ingredients into the wet mix and whisk until it creates a smooth batter.

Add 1 tbsp of butter to a frying pan and add 1 ladle (2 or 3 tbsp) or the mix to the pan.

Cook for 1-2 minutes until it starts to rise. Flip and cook for a further minute. Repeat with the rest of the mix.

Serve with toppings of your choice.
