Before commencing this or any other fitness or training programme you should consult your doctor to ensure that there are no underlying health conditions or injuries that could negatively impact your training. Pregnant women should be especially careful and ensure that their doctor advises that the fitness and training routine in this programme is suitable for them. These routines or any other exercise routine may result in injury, if done incorrectly. Always complete the appropriate “warm up” before starting any fitness programme. Always complete the appropriate “ cool down” or “relaxation” when you complete a workout programme.

On each video page any equipment will be shown. Equipment needed includes; Dumbbells, (two filled 500ml water bottles can be used in its place), Kettlebells, resistance bands, and a mat.

We have recipes to cater for vegetarians and vegans, and those who follow a gluten free, dairy free and nut free diet.

You will have access until you cancel your account.

We recommend that you work out 3 x per week. If you would like to work out more frequently you have the freedom to do so! However you must have at least 1 complete rest day per week.

We recommend speaking with your doctor before attempting any workouts.

There are a number of ways you can stream your workouts to your TV:

Using a wire to connect
What you will need: A HDMI cable
Set up: Nearly all smartphones and tablets can plug into an HDMI-ready TV. One cable end plugs into your phone or tablet while the other plugs into the HDMI port on your TV. Once connected, whatever you display on your phone will also show up on your TV.

Apple Airplay
What you will need: Apple TV and an iOS device - compatible MacBook, iPad or iPhone
Set up: Ensure both devices are on the same Wi-Fi network. If you haven’t used AirPlay in a while, its best to resync both devices. To begin Airplay, tap the Airplay button on the bottom right of the workout video.

Mirroring/Screen sharing
What you will need: Firestick or similar device - mobile, tablet
Set up: You can use the mirror or screen share function on your mobile to connect to a mirror/screen share device such as a firestick or Roku box. Please note: To rotate the screen you'll need to rotate your device.

What you will need: A Chromecast device, Mobile, tablet
Set up: Plug in your Chromecast device. Plug Chromecast into your TV, then connect the USB power cable to your Chromecast. To begin Casting, simply tap the Cast button ( This can be found in the bottom right hand corner of the video)

To save the website to your Apple home screen first you'll need to open Safari. Navigate to the website, tap the Share button at the bottom of the page. In the list of options that appears, scroll down until you see Add to Home Screen.

To save the website to your Android home screen first you’ll need to launch Chrome for Android and open the website Tap the menu button and tap Add to Home screen. You'll be able to enter a name for the shortcut and then Chrome will add it to your home screen.
