How to Make It
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees celsius and line a loaf tin with parchment paper.
Mix together the flour, baking powder and sugar.
Beat the banana and oil together in a separate bowl, then combine with the flour mix.
Add the milk alternative and fold in the walnuts.
Pour into the loaf tin and bake for 1 hour.
Poke a fork into the middle, if it comes out clean then it is fully cooked.
Cool and serve.
Keep in an airtight container for 3-4 days.*Serves 8
