How to Make It
In a food processor whizz the chickpeas (reserving a handful to garnish) lemon juice tahini olive oil chilli flakes garlic and most of the crushed cumin and coriander seeds until combined.
Season to taste then whizz again gradually adding water to reach your desired consistency. Top with the reserved chickpeas a pinch of crushed spices and olive oil. Serve with warm pitta bread or crudités.
