Pork Chops With Wedges

How to Make It

Preheat oven to gas 6 200ºC 400ºF. Cut each potato into 8 wedges. Place in a roasting tin with the onion. Drizzle with oil sprinkle with chilli powder and black pepper and roast for 15 minutes.

Core the apples and cut into rings. Place 4 pork chops in a separate tin with apple slices on top. Brush with oil and roast for 25 mins or cooked through. Serve with mixed vegetables.
