How to Make It
Purée half the strawberries with 1 tbsp of water in a food processor. Scoop out the passion fruit pulp and add half of it to the coulis. Sweeten to taste with a little of the honey if necessary.
Layer up in glasses or jam jars some sliced strawberries, yogurt, coulis, honey and passion fruit repeating until all the ingredients are used up. Finish with granola and a layer of strawberries.
