Homemade Fish Finger Sandwiches

How to Make It

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celsius and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Beat the egg in a bowl, then place the flour in another bowl.

In a separate bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, parmesan and salt.

Slice the fish into 2x11cm strips, then, using tongs, dip the fish into the flour until fully coated.

Next, dip the fish into the egg mix and then finally dip and coat with the breadcrumb mixture. Continue this with each slice.

Place each strip on the baking tray and cook for 15 minutes until the breadcrumbs are golden.

Place x2 fish fingers on 4 slices of bread, add lettuce and tartar sauce if preferred. Then add another slice on top of each and cut in half. Serve.
