Creamy One Pan Garlic Chicken

How to Make It

Add 1 tbsp of olive oil to the pan on a medium heat and pour in the diced chicken. Cook for 8-10 minutes until cooked through.

In the same pan, add the onions and cook for a further ¾ minutes, until the onions are golden brown. Season with salt and pepper.

Pour the chicken stock into the pan and bring to the boil. Once reached, cover the chicken with a lid and leave to simmer for 10-12 minutes.

Whilst the chicken is simmering, boil the broccoli in cold water in a separate pan.

Remove the lid and stir the double cream into the chicken mixture.

Serve with broccoli.
