How to Make It

Add 1 tbsp of olive oil to a pan on medium heat and stir in the chopped onions. Cook for a few minutes until the onions are golden.

Add the chopped chorizo and cook for a few minutes.

Pour the tinned tomatoes into the pan, then refill the tin with water and pour back into the pan. .

Season with paprika, salt and pepper then bring to the boil.

Once boiling, add the cod and chickpeas to the pan and leave to simmer for 10 minutes.

Serve with your choice of side.
