How to Make It

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celsius and place six muffin cases in a tray.

In a bowl, mix together the flour, cocoa powder and baking powder. Then, in a separate bowl, combine the egg, sugar, milk and oil.

Next, pour the wet mix into the dry mix and stir until fully combined.

Pour in the chocolate chips and continue to mix. Then, evenly spoon the mixture into the 6 muffin cases.

Bake for 25 minutes until cooked. Place a fork in the middle and if it comes out clean, they are fully cooked.

Leave to cool and serve.
