How to Make It

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees celsius and line a baking tray with baking paper.

In a bowl, combine the olive oil with all of the spices. Then pour the chickpeas in and coat.

Evenly spread the chickpeas onto the baking tray and cook for 45-50 minutes until crunchy.

Leave to cool and serve.
