Bacon & Cheddar Egg Muffins

How to Make It

Preheat the oven to 180 degree celsius and spray a 12 capacity muffin tin with non-stick spray, or line with baking paper.

In a bowl, whisk the eggs and onion, then add the salt and pepper to taste.

Stir the bacon and cheddar into the mixture.

Divide the mixture equally in the muffin tin. Bake for 20 minute.

Serve or store in an airtight container and keep refrigerated for up to 5 days.

1 serving= 2 muffins.
