How to Make It

Peel and dice 1 banana peel core and dice 2 medium apples (Golden Delicious Gala, Granny Smith or Pink Lady) and 1 ripe pear.

Put the fruit in a food processor and whizz with 250ml low-fat vanilla or soy yogurt, 250ml apple juice and a pinch of ground cinnamon until finely purŽed and smooth then pour into tall glasses over ice.
