How to Make It

Heat the oven to 180°C/160°C fan/Gas Mark 4. Line a 12 hole muffin tin with paper muffin cases.

Mix the orange juice agave nectar oil and egg together in a large jug.

In a large bowl combine the flour 80g cornflakes and raisins. Fold in the orange juice mixture then spoon into the muffin cases. Scatter with the remaining cornflakes. Transfer to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and a skewer comes out clean.

Meanwhile mix the yogurt and orange zest together and serve with the muffins.
