World Mental Health Day - Time To Be Strong Together!
This year has been tough for all of us and it is important that today we encourage you now more than ever to raise awareness and support for mental health.
We want you to stay connected to family and friends whether this is a socially distanced meetup or a virtual call. We want you to interact and remain optimistic and be happy. At any point you begin to feel low, you have the emotional support you need whilst staying safe. We are here, there are charities such as MIND who you can talk to in complete confidence.
There is the Embodyment Community too! We specifically wanted to build a community of like-minded people who will provide you with support, encouragement and motivation to empower one another on their life journey, not only fitness.
Remember to always be kind to yourself and be kind to your loved ones. You never know what someone may be going through so be mindful of this and share your love and support.
The smallest acts of kindness never go unnoticed. So appreciate more and give love more. Whether that be a smile. Thanking someone you appreciate. Being a good listener or offering your support this can have a huge impact on mental health.
